3 | Review Your ResultsYou will receive an email with the results of your application within two weeks of the deadline. Once you receive your results, confirm acceptance of the seat offer. |
4 | Submit RegistrationOnce accepted, registration information must be submitted to complete your seat assignment. Please see the checklist below for the required documents. |
Things To Know First
To be eligible to apply, students must reside within the East Baton Rouge Parish. Upon acceptance, the following documents are required to complete registration:
- Identification
Every Applicant Will Need: Birth Certificate And A Parent/Guardian ID - Social Security Card
Original Social Security Card (No photocopies) - Immunization Record
- Two (2) Proofs of Residency
Acceptable Proofs Include: Electric Bill Gas Bill Water/Sewage Bill Phone Bill Mortgage Statement Current Signed Lease (Must reflect the last 30 days.) - Most Recent Report Card/Transcript
- Drop Slip from Previous School (if applicable)
